During MFW, the Italian label release “De Djess” by Alice Rohrwacher. As the name hints, the short film follows the story of a dress – far more interesting than the one from social media.
Set in an imaginary world, the film is all about the image as the dialogue is made with a made up language. In a hotel run by nuns, celebrities present to the paparazzis dresses delivered from the ocean. Yes, it is weird. But in the best way possible, just like Miu Miu’s Spring 2015 collection.
