The London Eye has reopened after its annual maintenance with a new name and new colour. On the 17th, Londoners and tourists were introduced to the Coca-Cola London Eye. The iconic ferris-wheel now has a Coke branding in each pod and it turns red at night instead of its usual blue.
To fight critics that the sponsorship sends a bad message to kids and adults (the sugary drink isn’t exactly healthy), the staff was giving away toothbrushes to the children in line. Every kids dream souvenir, right?
