Banksy’s newest work recently surfaced in the streets of his hometown Bristol.
Called the ‘Girl with a Pierced Eardrum’ is a parody of the famous painting by Johannes Vermeer ‘The Girl with a Pearl Earring’. Located on Hanover Place near the city’s harbour, the mural incorporates an alarm box as the ear piece.
Unfortunately, BBC reported that the mural has been found vandalised this Tuesday.
Is it really vandalism or is it an intervention on an intervention?
